They contain no eggs or milk and are therefore also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Gluten-free gnocchi are also ready to enjoy in just two minutes. With a soft texture and delicate flavour, they are irresistible: absolutely to try.

You can cook or bake these clouds and both ways are incredibly delicious. For example with tomato sauce , pesto, a delicious Ragu or a delicious cream sauce.

Armando’s gluten-free multigrain gnocchi is made with a mix of selected grains (corn and rice) in addition to potatoes, making it suitable for gluten intolerance (celiac disease).

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.

Instructions: Place the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain as soon as they rise.
